Walters Realty has successfully managed residential property in the Calabash-Sunset Beach area for more than 29 years. The foundation of our success is based on our stringent tenant screening. This process includes, but is not limited to: Evaluation of credit reports, current and previous landlord references and employment references. We require all potential tenants to be qualified prior to viewing your property. This policy minimizes needless traffic through your property by potential tenants who are not qualified. |

By adding your home or condo to our inventory you will receive the following services: ü Procurement of a screened and qualified tenant. ü Collection of rents. ü Prompt response to maintenance issues and vendors paid on your behalf. ü A zero tolerance approach to delinquencies. ü Monthly disbursement of rental proceeds and detailed monthly statements. ü Yearly rental account summary to assist your accountant. We market your property by advertising through the MLS, the local newspaper, signs (where appropriate) referrals and of course through our own website. Visit the Rentals page for a list of our available rental properties. Our management fee is based on gross rents collected with no additional surcharges on repairs. No fees are charged between tenancies. We presently manage 65 properties for 47 landlords.
